Camden, Maine Real Estate

Real estate in Camden falls under one category: expensive.   This quintessential New England seaside village is small and oozes charm and so living here is too pricey for most.  The further one ventures from the town center, the less expensive the homes are.  And if you travel to the west a bit, away from the coast (but not too far), you will find some homes that are almost cheap along the country roads.   These tend to sit back from the road a bit and are in towns, but these are towns without a center and sometimes no more than a post office.  But the scenery is wooded and very pretty.  It is, after all, rural New England.
